    Alaia required strong architectural standards to maintain its vision across diverse elements—custom homes, multi-family, office, retail, and resort—designed by many partners. The challenge was ensuring consistency while allowing creative flexibility.

    We created comprehensive design standards unifying the community, including styles, color palettes, lighting, landscaping, and materials. The result is a cohesive, high-quality environment that guides development while allowing creativity within a clear framework.
